The Lucifora Family Farm was born in 1903, when the grandfather Giovanni inherited a small piece of land in San Giacomo Bellocozzo from his father. Principal site of the farm and pastures, the area is located in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, it is crossed by the Tellesimo River and extends to “Cava dei Servi”. Our family-run business is specialized in the production of meat and cheeses and is based on the specific characteristics of the rural world: tradition, values and typical products authenticity.
Floral and herbaceous aroma, harmonized by the taste of the fresh milk, by its sweetness and fragrance, are the typical scents that make our cheeses distinctive and unique products. On the palate, they are characterized by the perfect balance between simplicity and richness.
